　　与Windows XP相比，Vista在启动选项的开启上也略有不同。在XP中，用户必须通过按F8的方式来打来启动选项，而在Vista中，这一方法依然有效，但同时，用户也可以通过按空格键的方式来达到同样的效果。另外，作为Vista的继任者，Windows 7也将继承这一传统，在BIOS加载完毕后轻按空格键即可呼出Windows 启动管理器。

Windows Vista 解决不能 Ping 的问题

　　今天有朋友在论坛里面提到这么一个问题，他的一台Vista 旗舰版的电脑，能够上网，也能够上QQ，却不能ping，无论ping内网还是外网地址都不通，均提示"一般故障"。但是，在Windows XP下面，却一切正常。
　　确实怪了去了，网络明显是通的，而且只能ping通 127.0.0.1 这个本机，连他的网管 192.169.1.1 都ping不通。为什么在Windows Vista下面不能使用Ping这个命令呢?
　　先把这位朋友遇到的问题显示如下：

数据包: 已发送 = 4，已接收 = 0，丢失 = 4 (100% 丢失) 　　实际上，这个问题，还是因为Vista系统自带的Windows防火墙所造成的，需要在 Windows 防火墙里开启icmp传入和传出的策略。
　　注意，必须以管理员身份进行登录，才能执行以下这些步骤。
　　若要查找 ICMP 和日志记录设置，请打开带高级安全的 Windows 防火墙。
　　1、单击打开“管理工具”。‌ 如果系统提示您输入管理员密码或进行确认，请键入密码或提供确认。
　　2、双击“高级安全的 Windows 防火墙”。
　　3、在“公用配置文件”下，单击“Windows 防火墙属性”。
　　1)单击要更改的配置文件的选项卡。
　　1)在“日志记录”下，单击“自定义”。
　　在出现的对话框中，更改需要更改的设置，然后单击“确定”。
　　可以使用 ICMPv4 或 ICMPv6 协议创建入站或出站规则，从而指定 ICMP 设置。

Windows Vista 语言包（MUI）下载大全

　　MUI就是多语言用户界面包：MUI 提供一个已翻译大部分用户界面的版本，MUI 只在Windows Vista Ultimate和Windows Vista Enterprise中使用。
　　还有一种语言界面包是LIP，语言界面包 (LIP)：Windows Vista LIP 提供一个已翻译用户界面的最广泛使用部分的版本。LIP 可以从 Microsoft 网站免费下载，并且大部分的 LIP 可以在任何版本的 Windows Vista 上安装和使用。因为并不是所有的用户界面都已翻译，所以 LIP 至少需要一种“父语言”。未翻译为 LIP 语言的用户界面部分会用父语言显示。下载 LIP 时，就向您提供了该语言的父语言要求。需要先安装父语言包，之后才能安装 LIP。
　　现在提供的是 Windows Vista 多语言用户界面包(MUI)，因此只能在 Windows Vista Ultimate 和 Windows Vista Enterprise 中安装。之前安装了英文版的用户就不必重新安装中文版了，安装这个中文语言包即可成为双语系统，安装其他语言包还可以成为多语言系统。
　　Vista RTM中可以通过Windows更新下载各语言包文件，这些下载地址曾经一度消失过，微软也曾经就此事做过解释。但是，不知道为什么在安装Vista SP1之后，这些语言包一样会消失，如果各位需要它们的话，可以通过这些地址直接下载。

Windows 2000/XP/Server 2003/Vista/Server 2008 系统中如何做到安全刻录

　　现在软件越做越大，面对目前越来越大的数据的处理量，再随着光盘刻录机和CD-R的价格连续下跌，许多用户都购置了光盘刻录机，并用它来刻录、永久保存数据，确实是大大方便了数据的存储。我也购置了一台刻录机，使用的刻录软件为Nero，愿将使用过程中血的教训总结给广大用户，以告诉大家尽可能多的安全刻录的技巧，减少CD-R的无谓牺牲。
1、关闭能源管理
　　一般刻录光盘的时间较长，如果设置了能源管理，可能会导致计算机长时间停止响应，从而导致刻盘失败。所以首先要关闭能源管理，关闭能源管理要从两方面入手：一是以CMOS中将Power Management中的Power Saving设置为NONE;二是进入Windows的“控制面板”，双击“电源管理”图标，将“系统等待状态”、“关闭监视器”及“关闭硬盘”的内容均从下拉列表中选择 “从不”，单击“确定”按钮返回。如果您嫌下一次再次设置麻烦的话，可以将它存盘为“光盘刻录”方案。
2、安装刻录软件前整理硬盘并将文件放置到硬盘的某一分区上
　　现在的光盘刻录机都是从硬盘上将数据先读入到刻录机的缓存中去，然后再从缓存中写到CD-R上的，因此，如果硬盘上的数据放置比较混乱，从硬盘上读取数据的时间将会增长，这样可能造成光盘刻录机的缓存中缺少数据的结果，这时候就会引起 Buffer underruns错误，即“操作超时”，造成刻盘失败。不仅硬盘上的数据放置比较混乱会引起上述错误，而且如果一些文件不放置在同一分区的连续区域内也极有可能发生此类错误，(我曾经有过此类经历)因此，最好在刻录光盘之前做到以下几点：
　　2.1.删除不必要的文件，以腾出足够的硬盘空间;
　　2.2.将所有的文件全部拷贝到某一硬盘的某一分区上;
　　2.3.在将要刻录之前，最好运行硬盘扫描程序，以保证所有的文件放置在连续的区域上，不过，我是不建议您使用微软件Windows中自带的磁盘扫描程序Scandisk，它的速度比较慢，而且很容易出错，推荐你使用Vop99磁盘扫描软件，此软件扫描修复磁盘速度极快，而且较稳定，支持多个驱动器的扫描及自动扫描，它可以从www.goldenbow.com上免费下载使用。
3、在刻盘前关闭所有其它应用程序
　　由于刻盘是一项很消耗系统资源的工作，所以在往CD 盘中写数据时，必须关闭关闭所有其它应用程序及任何FAX Modem、电子邮件和屏幕保护以及其它应用程序，如果登录了网络，要退出网络环境或者暂时移去网络功能。

Windows Vista 组策略巧用八则

注册表是Windows系统中保存系统、应用软件配置的数据库，随着Windows系统功能的越来越丰富，注册表里的配置项目也越来越多，其实很多配置都是可以自定义设置的，但这些配置发布在注册表的各个角落，如果是手工配置是非常困难和烦杂的。而“组策略”则是将系统重要的配置功能汇集成各种配置模块，供管理人员直接使用，从而达到方便管理计算机的目的。也就是说，修改“组策略”就是修改注册表中的配置。下面我们就在Vista系统下利用“组策略”完成一些看似很难完成的任务。
1．让“运行”在开始菜单中现身
　　熟悉DOS的朋友们经常会调用黑底白字的命令行窗口进行DOS操作，但Vista开始菜单中却不见了“运行”项的踪影，虽然“开始”菜单的“搜索”框可以当作“运行”框来用，或者单击“开始”→所有程序→附件→运行，可以打开“运行”窗口，但既使是初试Vista系统的“老鸟”也感到不适。这时我们可以单击“开始”→所有程序→附件→运行，在打开的“运行”对话框中输入gpedit.msc后回车，启动“组策略”对话框。在“组策略”对话框的左侧窗格中单击“用户配置”→管理模板→开始菜单和任务栏，然后到右侧窗格中双击“将运行命令添加到[开始]菜单”项，在打开的“将运行命令添加到[开始]菜单属性”对话框中的“设置”选项卡下选择“已启用”，然后点“确定”退出，这样“运行”就会在“开始”菜单中现身了。
2．关闭“气球”通知
　　有时当你正在工作时突然冒出一段提示语，逼着你必须去点击一下，让人非常讨厌。其实我们在打开的“组策略”对话框中的左侧窗格中依次单击“用户配置”→管理模板→开始菜单和任务栏，然后到右侧窗格中双击“关闭所有气球通知”项，在打开的“关闭所有气球通知属性”对话框中的“设置”选项卡下选择“已启用”，然后点“确定”退出，就能把让人讨厌的“气球通知”关掉了。
3．记录上次登录Vista系统的时间
　　Vista系统能记录下我们的登录信息，这样每次登录系统时就可以将前后两次登录的时间做一对比，如果发现时间不一致，就说明有人曾经试图非法登录过你的账户。其实在打开的“组策略”对话框中的左侧窗格中依次单击“计算机配置”→管理模板→Windows组件→登录选项，然后到右侧窗格中双击“在用户登录期间显示有关以前登录的信息”项，在打开的“在用户登录期间显示有关以前登录的信息属性”对话框中的“设置”选项卡下选择“已启用”，然后点“确定”退出。这样下次启动计算机时，Vista系统就会在用户进入系统桌面前提示你上次的登录时间了（如图）。
4．给系统管理员账户Administrator重命名
　　大家都知道系统管理员账户Administrator拥有最高权限，也正因如此一些病毒和木马程序总是利用这个大家都知道的账户名——Administrator制造事端，其实我们也可以给它改一下名，从而让那些局外人无从下手。在打开“组策略”对话框的左侧窗格中依单击“计算机配置”→Windows设置→安全设置→本地策略→安全选项，然后到右侧窗格中双击“账户：重命名系统管理员账户”项，在新打开的“账户：重命名系统管理员账户属性”对话框中就可以给系统管理员账户Administrator改一个名了。
5．限制、隐藏磁盘分区
　　为了使用方便，我们有时也在多人共用的公用电脑中存放一些属于个人隐私级别的数据资料，为了保证这些数据的安全，可以通过对磁盘分区进行限制或隐藏来实现对数据的保护。
　　在打开“组策略”对话框的左侧窗格中依次单击“本地计算机策略”→用户配置→管理模板→Windows组件→Windows资源管理器，然后到右边的窗格中双击“防止从‘我的电脑’访问驱动器”项，接着在打开的“防止从‘我的电脑’访问驱动器的属性”设置窗口中选择 “已启用”，选择“已启用”后，在下面会出现选择驱动器的下拉列表，选择我们希望限制的驱动器后点“确定”即可。
　　如果希望关闭所有的驱动器，包括光驱等，可以选中“限制所有驱动器”。在“Windows资源管理器”下还有“隐藏‘我的电脑’中的这些指定的驱动器”这项，通过该策略可以隐藏指定的驱动器，但是这个策略可以通过IE浏览器突破，在地址栏中输入C:\回车就可以打开隐藏的C盘分区，为此相比之下我们还是用“限制”更好一些。
6．给“关闭计算机”再加一把“锁”
　　在单位中临时有时需要暂时离开电脑时，为防止别人偷窥电脑上的资料，我们可以通过WIN+L快捷键来锁定计算机，但是在锁定页面上还能执行“关闭计算机”，虽然他人无法乱动机器了，但是却可以关机，为此有必要再给“关闭计算机”再加一把“锁”。在打开的“组策略”对话框中的左侧窗格中依次单击“计算机配置”→Windows设置→安全设置→本地策略→安全选项，然后到右侧的窗格中找到并双击“关机：允许在未登录前关机”项，在弹出来的属性对话框中将其属性设置为“已禁用”后，点击“确定”即可。
7．防止密码被猜中
　　当我们的Vista 用户口令设置比较简易时，非法用户很容易通过多次重试“猜”出用户密码而登录系统，其实我们可以限制“猜”的次数，当某一用户尝试登录系统输入错误密码的次数达到一定阈值即自动将该账户锁定，在账户锁定期满之前，该用户将不可使用，除非管理员手动解除锁定。在打开“组策略”对话框的左侧窗格中依次单击“计算机设置”→Windows设置→安全设置→账户策略→账户锁定策略，然后到右侧窗格中的“账户锁定阈值”项，这里可以设置用户账户被锁定的登录尝试失败的次数，该值在0到999之间，默认为0表示登录次数不受限制，我们可以改为3或10。
8．取消开始菜单中的“注销”
　　在打开的“组策略”对话框中的左侧窗格中依次单击“用户配置”→管理模板→开始菜单和任务栏，然后到右侧窗格中双击“删除[开始]菜单上的‘注销’”项，在打开的“删除[开始]菜单上的‘注销’属性”对话框中的“设置”选项卡下选择“已启用”，然后点“确定”退出。这样“注销”项就会在开始菜单中消失了。但这样设置仅对“开始”菜单起作用，并不影响“Windows 安全性”对话框（可以按 Ctrl+Alt+Del打开）上的“注销”项目。
